What data we use. When you order, you give us your name, email, phone and delivery address. When you write to us, we receive your name, email and message. If you create an account, we store your contact details and order history.

Why. To fulfil your order, deliver it, issue an invoice, answer your questions, and meet accounting and consumer-law obligations. We send newsletters only with your consent.

Who receives it. The site is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (data may be processed outside the EU under EU standard contractual clauses). For delivery we pass your name, address and phone to Omniva or Latvijas Pasts. Cookie consent is managed by Usercentrics GmbH. We share data with public authorities only where the law requires. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.

How long. Order and invoice data for 5 years (accounting requirement), correspondence for 1 year, your account until you delete it.
