DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Delivery is made only on the territory of Latvia. If you want to receive the product outside the territory of Latvia, please contact our consultants by writing to veikals@amberdesignhouse.lv

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery is provided free of charge if:

  • you receive the product at our office (Cīruļu iela 49, Kalngale)

PAID DELIVERY

  • if the weight of the product is less than 1 kg – 3.50 EUR

  • if the product weighs more than 1 kg – 5.00 EUR

The delivery amount is calculated when placing the order.

Delivery outside Latvia:

  • Delivery in the Baltic States - 5.00 EUR with Omniva courier

  • Delivery in European countries - 15.00 EUR via Latvijas Pasta

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time 2-5 days if the product is in stock. If necessary, our consultant will contact you.
Deliveries are made only on working days from 9:00 - 18:00, local time. When placing an order, the available delivery times must be taken into account and the address where the order will be accepted within the delivery time must be specified as the delivery address.
The delivery address must be specified in detail. Additional information such as stairwell number and apartment number (if delivery to an apartment building) is required to ensure delivery on time. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the specified delivery terms may be extended without prior notice and you will have to pay for organizing a new delivery;
The exact telephone number at which the customer can be called during the specified delivery times must be specified. Usually, before delivery, the courier contacts the customer by phone, making sure that the customer is at the specified address and will be able to accept the package addressed to him. If the specified telephone number is inaccurate or the customer cannot be reached at this number, the specified delivery times may be extended without prior notice.
At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask you to present an identity document (passport, ID card or driver's license) to verify the recipient's identity, and to record the last 5 digits of this document number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The customer has the right to refuse the order if the product has visual defects that occurred during delivery.
The product can be refused if the customer can present proof of purchase (bill of lading or receipt).
The money is returned within 14 working days from the moment of refusal to the account that the customer used to pay for the product.
The buyer is responsible for entering correct data, if the delivery address is entered incorrectly or inaccurately, the buyer pays for re-delivery.
If the Buyer has indicated in the Order that he wants the Goods to be delivered by courier, the Goods will be delivered to the address specified in the Order. The Buyer cannot change the address of the place of delivery of the Goods after the Order has been confirmed.
Disputes between the seller and the buyer shall be resolved through negotiation for one month, if this is not possible, then they shall be resolved in accordance with the rules established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
