DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

  1. Delivery area. We deliver to Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and other European countries. For delivery outside Europe, contact us at info@icadvices.lv.

  2. Delivery methods and costs. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

    • Pickup — Cīruļu iela 49, Kalngale, Ādaži municipality, working days 9:00–18:00, by prior arrangement: free.

    • Latvia via Omniva: €3.50 (up to 1 kg), €5.00 (over 1 kg).

    • Estonia and Lithuania via Omniva courier: €5.00.

    • Other European countries via Latvijas Pasts: €15.00.

  3. Other delivery options. If you would like a different delivery method, carrier, or delivery to a country not listed above, email us at info@icadvices.lv before placing your order — we will agree the options and cost with you individually.

  4. Delivery time. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 working days of receipt of payment. Estimated transit time after dispatch: Latvia 1–3 working days, Estonia and Lithuania 2–5 working days, other European countries 5–10 working days. If an item is out of stock or made to order, we will contact you to agree a date before confirming the order. In any case goods are delivered no later than 30 days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

  5. Delivery address and contact. Please provide a complete address (street, building, apartment, postal code) and a phone number at which you can be reached — the courier usually calls before delivery. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable phone number provided by the buyer, the cost of redelivery is borne by the buyer. The address can be changed by contacting us at any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

  6. Receiving the parcel. Please check the packaging on receipt. If it is visibly damaged, record the damage in the courier's presence (photo or a note on the delivery slip) and notify us at info@icadvices.lv within 24 hours — this makes claims easier to resolve. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods.

  1. Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, receive the goods. Where several goods in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

  2. How to withdraw. Before the period expires, send us an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw by email to info@icadvices.lv or by post to the address above. You may use our withdrawal form [link to PDF], but you are not obliged to. The deadline is met if you send your notice before the period ends.

  3. Returning the goods. Send or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You may also return goods in person at Cīruļu iela 49, Kalngale, on working days 9:00–18:00, by prior arrangement.

  4. Condition of goods. During the withdrawal period you may inspect the goods only as you would in a shop — look at them and try them on. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

  5. Refunds. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

  6. Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; (b) cosmetic products whose protective seal has been opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons. Hand-made items in standard sizes and colours are not made-to-order goods, and the right of withdrawal applies to them.

  7. Non-conforming goods. Independently of the right of withdrawal, if goods do not conform to the contract (e.g. a defect or mismatch with the description), you may within two years of delivery claim free repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Submit claims in writing to info@icadvices.lv with proof of purchase; we will respond within 15 working days. Return shipping in such cases is at the seller's expense.

  8. Disputes. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, you may apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, www.ptac.gov.lv), the Consumer Disputes Commission, or the courts of the Republic of Latvia. This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
